Per gli acquisti effettuati da più di 30 giorni dalla data di ricevimento ma da meno di 12 mesi, invia l'articolo difettoso all'indirizzo indicato di seguito, insieme a una lettera di accompagnamento che indichi il difetto, il tuo numero d'ordine o la data effettiva di acquisto e il tuo numero di telefono di contatto diurno. Una volta ricevuto, ispezioneremo l'articolo e provvederemo a ripararlo, sostituirlo, offrire una sostituzione equivalente o restituire l'articolo qualora ritenessimo che non vi sia alcun difetto di fabbricazione.
